At Easterseals Midwest, we are committed to empower, advocate, innovate, and connect disability support to those who count on us.
Over the past year, we’ve worked on a strategic plan to guide us forward through 2027. We created this plan using input from donors, staff, the people we support and their families, and community partners.
Using your feedback, we’ve ensured that this plan strengthens what we’re doing right and addresses the areas with room for improvement. With your input as a guide, we’re committed to five strategic promises:
Our services will focus on whole-person care, independence, and the impact and value we provide.
We will invest in our workforce to retain, develop, and attract mission-driven talent.
We will advocate for the people we support and our workforce.
We will be financially strategic to fuel innovation, growth, and financial sustainability.
We will invest in technology to capture, analyze, and use data to support our outcomes and success.
To uphold these promises, we will focus on three categories: Missouri, Kansas, and Technology. In each category, we have a goal, objectives we want to achieve, and a process for how we will achieve them.
